Physical exam
Blood work checking for:

– MMR titters
– Varicella titers
– QuantiFERON-TB Gold blood test for latent TB
– Hepatitis B surface antibody test to confirm immunity
– RPR checking for Syphilis
– Urine drug screen
– Patient needs to have proof of TDAP and COVID 19 vaccination
– Any necessary missing vaccinations are given onsite except CoVID 19 vaccine
