Schools, camps, colleges and sports teams usually ask for a recent physical exam before the season or school year starts. We perform school and sports physicals on the Upper East Side, complete the required forms and update vaccines in the same visit.
New York State requires students to be vaccinated against several diseases, including measles, mumps and rubella, polio, tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis, hepatitis B, varicella and meningococcal disease, depending on grade. College students have their own requirements, including meningococcal vaccination. We check your records and give any missing vaccines in the office.
Starting college in New York or abroad? We complete university health forms, run titers (MMR, varicella, hepatitis B) and the QuantiFERON TB blood test when required. See also Pre-Employment Physicals & Titers.
